Founded in 1997 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Citizens Bank of Canada is a subsidiary of Vancity that was created in an effort to expand its presence outside of the province of British Columbia. Citizen Bank is a virtual bank where customers utilize the Internet and Telephone to conduct transactions.
